The Eforest portal is one of the 6 entrances to the realm of Fantasy.
The other entrances are:
High mortal players may enter the Fantasy portal using the portal eforest command to arrive directly at this portal.
For the players who are not High mortal you can get there from the Wayhaven portal by going: 15e,leave,2e,5ne,4e
